Referral

Referral can be made by any health professional, or patients may refer themselves. The referral can be to 'The Team' or any named member by telephone, fax, email or letter. We will act on the referral within one working day. Urgent cases will be fast tracked and referrals to the team seen by the most appropriate member. All cases are discussed at the team meeting.
